We offer a personal service. When you book an appointment with me, Jane (my personal assistant) will confirm everything by phone and email. She’ll be happy to answer any questions you have, and you’ll be able to contact her directly.
We can be flexible about appointment times. We’re able to arrange appointments at short notice and can find a time to suit you. We have clinics in Manchester, Cheshire and Liverpool, so there are plenty of options.
Your initial consultation will last 30 minutes. I’ll talk through everything in detail, conduct a thorough examination, and perform an ECG if necessary.
We’re able to offer face-to-face and virtual appointments. And if it’s difficult for a family member to attend, we can involve them virtually via phone, Zoom or Microsoft Teams. So you’ll have their support, and they’ll be able to ask any questions.
If English is not your first language, we can also offer a virtual translation service.
I’ll always take time to explain everything to you and your family in detail, and to answer any questions you have. We’ll explain your next steps and options clearly – you may need further tests or we may suggest a treatment plan.
At the end of the consultation, you will get my mobile number and email address, so you’ll be able to reach me directly with any further questions or concerns.
We’ll chase up any tests that have been ordered, and Jane will be in contact to book you in for a follow-up to go through your results.
These fees include the ongoing support we offer after your appointment. You’ll receive full contact details and we’ll be happy to answer any questions.
